And when they had seen it, they made known abroad, the saying which was told them concerning the child

When you have an impactful encounter, you want to talk about it, also, when you have something or someone that you are so proud of, you want to flaunt them.

That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you...

Have you seen Jesus, have you heard from Him, do you see Jesus, or do you hear from Him. Do you know Him?

The shepherds decided that they will not keep the good news to themselves, they began to tell others about it, this, in today's equivalent is evangelism.

It is time to tell others about Jesus, don't keep the news to yourself. How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation.

The dining, wining, and celebration come last.
