God is taking you somewhere and you will get there

O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.Ps 43:3

This prayer and plea is a revelation of the mind of God concerning His children. God desires that people should be with Him at all times. We were made for Him and we live for His glory, this scripture opens three parts

The Vision: O send out thy light and thy truth

When the divine light shines upon the eternal truth, a vision is birthed, clarity is ensued. Vision is the precursor to direction. Thou will show me (vision) the path of life Ps 16:11. Everyman must covet vision, we need to see what God is doing, we need to see what is going on and we need to see where things are headed, we need to see people and circumstances beyond the sight of our eyes. For whatever you will do and where you are going, you need clarity of vision. David prayed for vision. Don’t emphasize speed ahead of the vision.

The mission: let them lead me; let them bring me

Talks about the life you live, manner of living, and the things that you do and give yourself to continually. There is an assignment for you; there is work for you to do. Though God has sent a vision, He expects that we run with the vision and because of the vision, that he may run that readeth itHab 2:2 what are you doing currently, it must be guided by a vision from Him. There is an end, but there is a pathway to that end, between the vision and the end is the mission; the mission is work done that leads to the glorious destination.

The Destination: unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles

Where we are going! The place that God is taking us to, the future, a prepared place. Your future is a prepared place. We receive light so as to have a clear goal and sense of direction, this leads and guide our daily actions and leads eventually to our destination. Only a correct vision leads men to greatness. The utmost goal, Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people Jn 14:1-3.

In our walk with God, we need revelation, in ministry, business, leadership and every life facet, these basics remain the same.
